Matrix MAM draws on the experience of a network of high-quality consultants, all under the guidance of managing consultant Michael Barrows. Michael himself is an independent business consultant specialising in Staff Development, Customer Services and Sales and Marketing, including Internet Marketing and Ecommerce strategies.
Business Development: a wealth of valuable experience
With a background in senior management in a range of diverse business sectors including Civil Engineering, Financial Services and IT, Michael Barrows is MBA-qualified and is an accredited independent business advisor listed on the Business Link West Midlands Select Supplier database. He is a Gold Standard SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative) accredited business advisor for both Core Business Support and Skills Advice. He is also a member of the Institute of Business Consultants.
Prior to establishing Matrix MAM, Michael worked as a Business Development Manager for Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Business Link. Before that he held a range of senior management positions in the private sector, including at DIALnet plc, where he was responsible for developing and managing Internet services for clients such as Salford LEA, Surrey LEA and the Northern Ireland Network for Education, as well as managing a range of corporate clients such as Viglen and IBM.
