Obtaining Commercial Finance at the present time revolves around the need to accurately present a proposal to funders that meets the funders’ guidelines and addresses the issues that the funder will focus upon. Our service provider has significant experience from both sides of the fence and has Credit Underwriting experience gained at a major high street bank. They can analyse accounts and projections from a funder’s perspective and mould a case to give it the best chance of success.

Through maintaining an excellent relationship with a wide panel of funders our service provider is able to present your case to a variety of funders and create a funding package which best matches the needs of your business.

 

Equipment Leasing & Asset Finance

 

TeleLease provides leasing and hire purchase for SMEs to acquire equipment, machinery and vehicles.

We deal with large and small businesses throughout the UK including sole traders, partnerships, limited companies, schools, universities, hospitals, health centres and dental surgeries.

Our market sectors include:

• Dental, medical, veterinary, scientific
• IT, computers, audio visual, business systems, office systems, security systems
• Industrial, engineering, metalworking, woodworking, plant, machinery
•Commercial vehicles, coaches, company car fleets, vans

Our lower lending limit is £5K and we have no upper ceiling.

Our finance is underwritten by a panel of key lenders and our rates are competitive with the high street banks.

We are not a secondary lender and cannot help clients with adverse credit history or weak or failing businesses.

We can however help new start businesses providing they have a good business plan and a good creditworthy owner who is prepared to stand as a guarantor.

The majority of our work is with businesses that have been trading for three years or more and have a good financial record.

 

Vendor Finance

TeleLease works closely with equipment suppliers, resellers and manufacturers, enabling them to offer a leasing solution to their clients on the equipment they sell.

The benefits to the supplier include:

  •  Improving the sales process by making finance readily available
  •  Payment on or just after the installation of the equipment – no waiting 90 days
  • We handle all of the administration and paperwork so there is no need for a credit licence
  • Referral reward scheme offering tax paid store vouchers

We welcome referrals to most business to business equipment suppliers. We cannot however help suppliers of solar panels, wind farms or vehicle dealers (cars, vans & trucks).
